To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow the house rules below.

1. RESPECT THE PROPERTY

Please treat the property, furniture, appliances and facilities with care. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.

2. NO SMOKING INDOORS

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas where permitted.

3. NO ALCOHOL

Alcohol is not permitted at our properties.

4. NO PARTIES OR NUISANCE

Parties, events, loud music and activities that may disturb neighbours are not allowed unless specifically approved by management.

5. RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS

Please keep noise to a reasonable level and respect the surrounding community, particularly during night hours.

6. SWIMMING POOL SAFETY

Use the swimming pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please follow the pool rules provided at the property.

7. NUMBER OF GUESTS

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests must be approved by management in advance.

8. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Guests must follow the check-in and check-out times stated in their reservation. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

9. FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT

Please do not move furniture, indoor equipment or property items outside without permission.

10. DAMAGE & SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security/damage deposit may be required. The deposit may be used to cover damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules.

11. CLEANLINESS

Please keep the property reasonably clean during your stay. Excessive cleaning or unusual mess may incur additional charges.

12. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.

13. LOST ITEMS

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. EliteStay Management is not responsible for items lost or left behind at the property.

14. VIOLATION OF RULES

Serious or repeated violations of the house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund, subject to applicable booking terms and regulations. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to follow these house rules.
